Thank you for shopping with Fragrancewalaa.com. We aim to deliver your fragrances quickly, safely, and affordably. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process and deliver orders, and our rules for COD and online payments.
1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across India.
- International shipping is not available at the moment.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities/Towns: 5–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or festival seasons.
4. Shipping Charges & Payment Method Fees
- Orders ₹999 and above: Shipping is FREE for both Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment methods.
- Orders below ₹999:
- Shipping fee: ₹69 (applied at checkout).
- COD handling fee: ₹49 (applies only if you choose Cash on Delivery and order total is below ₹999).
- Online payments: No additional handling fee beyond the shipping fee.
Examples:
- Order ₹1,200 → Shipping = FREE (applies to both COD & Online).
- Order ₹800, payment by COD → Shipping ₹69 + COD fee ₹49 = ₹118 shipping & handling.
- Order ₹800, payment online → Shipping ₹69 only.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Availability
COD is available for select pin codes only. During checkout you can check COD availability by entering your pin code. If COD is not available, you will be prompted to choose an online payment method.
6. Order Tracking
After your order ships, we’ll send an email/SMS with tracking details and courier partner. Use the tracking link or courier website to see current delivery status.
7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery
Courier partners typically attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipment or return charges may apply.
8. Damaged or Missing Packages
- If a package is damaged or tampered at delivery, please refuse the package and contact us immediately.
- If items are missing, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos if possible.
9. Delays or Force Majeure
Fragrancewalaa is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseeable events. We will, however, work with courier partners to resolve delays and keep you informed.
10. Incorrect Address / Refunds
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details. If you enter an incorrect address and the order is returned, cancellation/refund will be processed after we receive the returned shipment — shipping or return charges may be deducted from refunds.
